Terms of Service

ClaimForge Launch V1. Approved September 11, 2026. Effective upon public launch.

Who provides ClaimForge

ClaimForge is a service of SkyPower LLC d/b/a ClaimForge ("ClaimForge," "we," or "us"). ClaimForge is not a separate legal entity. Our customer-facing location is Reno, Nevada. Contact info@claimforgegeo.com.

Your account and agreement

By selecting Create identity after the Terms notice, or continuing to subscribe after the subscription notice, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you must have authority to do so. The Privacy Policy explains information handling. The Billing & Cancellation policy and Intelligence Disclaimer form part of these Terms. Email verification confirms account access; it is not a separate acceptance of legal terms. These Terms do not retroactively establish acceptance by existing subscribers.

Keep your account information accurate, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Each account is for one subscriber; credential sharing is not permitted.

Subscription and publication

ClaimForge costs $199 USD/month and renews monthly until canceled. There is no annual plan, tiered offering, or discount program at launch. Your subscription includes authorized published editions and the available edition archive while your access remains active. Unpublished editions are not included merely because a month has been announced. Subscription access is not permanent ownership of the archive.

ClaimForge is generally published monthly following availability and analysis of relevant MLRS source data. New editions are generally targeted for publication by the 15th of the month following source availability. This is an editorial target, not a contractual publication deadline or service-level agreement. Monthly billing is not a per-edition purchase.

Billing, cancellation, refunds, and taxes

Stripe handles payment and subscription management. Choose Account → Manage Subscription to open Stripe's Customer Portal and complete cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the already-paid billing period and ends when that period expires, unless another valid access grant applies. Nonpayment, security restrictions, or misuse may affect access separately.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, including unused time after cancellation. ClaimForge may issue refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances at its discretion. This does not limit refunds or remedies required by applicable law. Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law; any tax collected on a purchase will be disclosed before payment. See the Billing & Cancellation policy for details.

Internal professional use

You may use ClaimForge internally for professional or business decision-making during authorized access. You may retain your research notes and limited attributed excerpts in internal work product, provided that they do not substitute for access to the service. Retaining those notes does not grant continued access to ClaimForge after the subscription ends.

You may not share credentials, resell access or content, wholesale republish the service, bulk extract its content, systematically reproduce its database or research, or evade access controls. Do not distribute copies as a substitute for another subscriber's access. Contact us about external publication or client redistribution beyond uses permitted by law.

Public records and proprietary work

ClaimForge does not claim ownership of underlying public records, including BLM/MLRS material. Underlying sources remain subject to their own legal status and applicable rights. Our original selection, organization, editorial judgment, analysis, research, commentary, relationship synthesis, presentation, software, workflows, Observatory structure, and derived intelligence are distinct from those records. We retain rights in that work to the extent protected by law, subject to the permitted uses above and applicable statutory rights.

Evidence and professional diligence

ClaimForge provides research and intelligence, not certainty. Source material can be delayed, incomplete, ambiguous, incorrect, or revised. Recorded associations alone do not establish title or mineral ownership. PLSS context is not surveyed claim geometry. We distinguish recorded facts from interpretation and may revise conclusions as evidence develops.

ClaimForge is not a substitute for legal or investment/securities advice, geological certification, engineering or regulatory advice, a title opinion, or a land survey. Subscribers remain responsible for diligence appropriate to consequential decisions. Read each finding with its evidence, date, scope, and limitations.

Availability, corrections, and account restrictions

We may reasonably correct, withdraw, retire, or replace editions or material for evidence, legal, security, source-integrity, or maintenance reasons. We do not promise permanent availability of every edition. We may restrict access to address material misuse, security risks, or legal requirements; where reasonably practicable, we will explain the issue and give an opportunity to resolve it. These rights do not displace mandatory legal remedies or the Billing policy. Demonstration access remains limited to its expressly granted scope and period.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any particular commercial outcome. This does not exclude warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunities, arising from use of the service. ClaimForge's aggregate liability arising from the service or these Terms is limited to subscription fees you paid to ClaimForge during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and cap do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited, and do not limit refunds required by law. No separate subscriber indemnity is imposed by these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

Subject to mandatory protections under applicable law, Wyoming law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming are the forum for disputes. Either party may first contact the other to seek an informal resolution; this does not delay access to legal remedies. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Changes and contact

For material changes to these Terms or subscription pricing, we will provide advance notice through the service or account email before the changes apply to a future billing period. Changes will not retroactively alter an already-paid period. Where applicable law requires new acceptance, we will obtain it. You may cancel future renewal before a change takes effect. The published version will identify its effective date.
