Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

ClaimForge Launch V1. Approved September 11, 2026. Effective upon public launch.

Monthly subscription

ClaimForge costs $199 USD/month. Renews monthly until canceled. There is one monthly offering, with no annual plan, pricing tiers, or discount program at launch. Stripe handles payment, subscription management, payment-method updates, and billing/invoice history.

Your subscription includes authorized published editions and the available edition archive while access remains active. It does not include unpublished editions or permanent archive access. Billing is monthly, not per edition; the editorial publication target is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Manage or cancel

Sign in, open Account, and choose Manage Subscription to enter Stripe's Customer Portal. Complete cancellation there. Cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period. Access continues through that period. After it ends, subscription access expires unless another valid access grant applies.

Signing out or not using ClaimForge does not cancel renewal. Scheduled cancellation does not itself issue a refund. If you cannot reach billing management, contact info@claimforgegeo.com for assistance. Billing management remains available even when paid content is unavailable.

Refunds and credits

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, including unused time after cancellation. ClaimForge may issue refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances at its discretion. This does not limit refunds or other remedies required by applicable law. There is no satisfaction guarantee or automatic refund window.

For a billing error or exceptional circumstance, contact info@claimforgegeo.com with the charge date and a description. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or CVCs.

Payment issues and taxes

Payment failure or an ineligible subscription state may interrupt access separately from scheduled cancellation. Use Stripe's Portal to review your payment method or billing history. Restoring access depends on verified billing status.

Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law; any tax collected on a purchase will be disclosed before payment. This policy does not assert that tax never applies, is included in the price, or that any particular tax registration exists.

Provider and changes
